This kitchen was structurally in great condition but visually dated, with strong orange timber cabinetry and dark benchtops dominating the space. Rather than replacing the kitchen entirely, the goal was to modernise the finishes while keeping the existing layout and cabinetry intact.
Using architectural vinyl finishes, the cabinetry was completely refreshed and wrapped in a soft woodgrain texture to add warmth and contrast, while the benchtops were updated to a light stone look to complement the new palette.
The result is a fresh, modern kitchen achieved without demolition, without replacing cabinetry, and without the cost and disruption of a full renovation.
This project highlights how architectural vinyl can completely transform a space by updating the surfaces that define it.
