Return Policy

At Footprint Creative, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our business, we have a limited return policy. We generally do not accept returns unless an incorrect product has been sent to you by mistake.

 

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work closely with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that we may require supporting documentation, such as photographs, to verify the error.

 

In the event that an incorrect product has been sent, we will provide you with a return shipping label and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to rectify the situation in a timely manner.

 

It is important to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or issues. We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase, as it may be required for return or exchange purposes.

 

Please note that personalised or custom-made products are not eligible for return, as they are specially crafted to your specifications.
